The Greattly Gives nonprofit uplifts the local, national and global community by providing life-based programming to students aimed at raising community-wide health, prosperity and opportunity for all.
Our goal is to reach all middle school, high school and college students through programs and events focused on education, health and human services, throughout the country and beyond. Our core program to reach students is the Greattly Increase Program. It is deployed to high school, college and middle school students.
GREATTLY INCREASE PROGRAM
Greattly Gives presents "Greattly Increase" to deliver programs that provide access to life-based education to set high school students up for success. The program is designed to increase what we like to call "community well-being" or helping everyone to be better off. We support traditional education by tackling critical issues which are generally not addressed by current school curriculums. These topics include financial education, goal setting & achievement, mental well-being, and personal and career development.
By concentrating on the most unmet needs of our communities we aim to enhance and support student well-being and set them up for future success.

Program education is delivered by high-impact professional speakers including pro athletes, Pro Football Hall of Famers, other professionals and community pillars that excite the community and are gifted with the ability to connect, uplift, educate and inspire students.
Core Speakers include:
MIKE HAYNES
Pro Football Hall of Famer and Arizona State University alum that received his degree in Finance. Mike is recognized as one of the Top 100 NFL Players of All 100 Seasons of the NFL (2021). He served as the Vice President of Player & Personnel Development for the National Football League, where he was the Head of the Department and, at the time, 1 in only 4 of all historical employees to have played in the NFL and also worked for the NFL Headquarters. In this role, he helped NFL personnel and players identify their passions, set goals, and take steps toward developing their futures. He also served as the NFL Commissioner’s Special Advisor on player issues and the National Spokesperson for the “Know Your Stats” program for the Urology Care Foundation of the American Urology Association (after surviving prostate cancer himself). He is the Founder & President of Mike Haynes & Associates, and an NFL Transition Coach - helping players transition from NFL careers into desirable next careers. Mike speaks internationally about a range of topics including the importance of goal-setting, how to achieve goals and social justice.
DEVON KENNARD
Linebacker for the Arizona Cardinals and entrepreneur focused on growing together as a community. He earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communication Management in four and a half years at the University of Southern California (USC). Devon is a mentor and advocate for elevating personal financial well-being and building generational wealth through passive income strategies informed by his work, and passion, building a real estate portfolio of over 50 income-generating properties throughout the US. Devon provides financial guidance to NFL players, including through the NFL Players Association. He is an Educator - delivering financial education to youth throughout the US - and a member of the Advisory Council for the World of Money, an organization that empowers youth with a solid financial education. Devon has a long history of working with youth to encourage and provide education, financial education, and reading development. In 2019, he was recognized as a Walter Payton Man of the Year Award Nominee.
Devon has written a financial book planned for release in 2023 by publisher HarperCollins.
